Please note: consent holders must have a current insurance policy against Public Liability and Third Party Risks.

Trading type

Mobile Trader: Trades for up to 15 minutes at any one point before moving to another trading

position and does not return to a similar position within 2 hours.

Static Trader: Trades at one specified place and, unless otherwise authorised by PCC unit removed daily at the end of each trading period.

  • Upload for yourself and each employee or person/s standing in for you a Basic Disclosure Certificate. This can be obtained on the website. The disclosure must be less than 2 months old at the time of application.

  • Copy of current Driving Licence for applicant and anyone driving the vehicle

  • Copy of current MOT Certificate


The rate to trade is £13 a day. The fee to pay is the total amount of trading days multiplied by 12. (e.g. 30 trading days x £13 a day will cost £390).
