Please note: If you are renewing your consent, photos are not required unless significant changes to your appearance have occurred. 


You must include with your application:

  • Basic Disclosure Certificate for yourself and each employee or person/s standing in for you. This can be obtained from the gov.uk website. The Disclosure must be no older than 30 days at the time of application. 



  • Copy of current photo Driving Licence for applicant and anyone driving the vehicle


  • Copy of current valid motor insurance:

  • Copy of current MOT Certificate
